This is a newspaper clipping in an old scrapbook. The name of the paper and the date have been cut out. However, from the by-line it would appear to be the Daily Sketch, and as the article refers to the Battle of Berlin which commenced on 18th November 1943, the date is probably around December 1943. It is very interesting to note that the existence of the PFF had been kept secret up to this point, and that now the powers-that-be felt confident enough to make the PFF high-profile.
